Jaime Uziel has worked on hundreds of sales of real estate and TIC interests in real estate. He has helped dozens of sellers and buyers in FOR SALE BY OWNER transactions save scores of thousands of dollars which otherwise would have been paid in commissions to real estate brokers or agents.
Jaime Uziel has extensive experience in transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating complex Commercial and Residential Leases, negotiating Real Estate Purchases and Sales, drafting and negotiating Construction Contracts, and preparing Landlord and Tenant legal Notices.
