Jaime Uziel became Partner in 2007 and he was the Senior Associate Attorney at our law firm since 1998. Jaime Uziel specializes in real estate, landlord-tenant, premises liability, business contract disputes, and general civil liability cases. He has been a licensed California real estate agent since 1990.
Since Spring 2009, Jaime Uziel has served as co-chair of the Real Property section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and Jaime frequently lectures other attorneys and real estate professionals on real estate and landlord-tenant issues.

Jaime Uziel has worked on hundreds of sales of real estate and TIC interests in real estate. He has helped dozens of sellers and buyers in private sales (a.k.a., “for sale by owner” transactions, typically occurring when buyer and seller have already found each other) at very affordable costs, savings clients scores of thousands of dollars.
Jaime Uziel has extensive experience in transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating complex Commercial and Residential Leases, negotiating Real Estate Purchases and Sales, drafting and negotiating Construction Contracts, and preparing Landlord and Tenant legal Notices.
Jaime Uziel is respected by clients, the Courts, and his adversaries for his attentiveness to detail and effectiveness in resolving claims. Jaime Uziel graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and earned his Certification in Real Estate Law "With Distinction." He received his bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California.
