Sheppard, Rosen, Uziel and Sussman has successfully litigated lawsuits involving failure to disclose material conditions by a seller to a buyer, by a realtor to a buyer or by an inspector to a buyer. We have also successfully litigated cases where one property owner's damages damage a neighboring owner's property (such as tress, fences, buildings or other improvements).
