San Francisco Rent Board
Official website of the Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board, which was created by the San Francisco Rent Ordinance (1979)
created "in order to safeguard tenants from excessive rent increases and, at the same time, to assure landlords fair and adequate rents
consistent with Federal Anti-Inflation Guidelines." The website features pdf copies of the Rent Ordinance, a 70-topic F.A.Q. and minutes
