Weldon E. Bradstreet is an Associate Attorney at Sheppard, Rosen, Uziel and Sussman. He is an experienced litigation and transactional attorney in the fields of real estate law, landlord-tenant law, and local rent control law. Weldon routinely handles resolution of disputes for both landlords and tenants.

Weldon Bradstreet represents and counsels parties in Unlawful Detainer (eviction) litigation, wrongful eviction litigation, constructive eviction and habitability litigation, tenancy buyout negotiations, owner move-in evictions, Ellis Act evictions, capital improvement evictions, local Rent Ordinance and State housing law compliance, eviction defense, rent disputes, and hearings before the San Francisco Rent Board and Oakland and Berkeley Rent Board.

Weldon Bradstreet also represents and counsels property owners involved in easement disputes, construction litigation, inverse condemnation litigation, tree removal and damage litigation, landslide damage cases, and cases involving flooding of real property and fire damage to apartment buildings. Weldon Bradstreet has assisted many clients in resolving their disputes through mediation and negotiation.

Before joining Sheppard, Rosen, Uziel and Sussman, Weldon Bradstreet spent many years with Bledsoe, Cathcart, Diestel & Pedersen, LLP, a prestigious San Francisco litigation firm, where he represented insured defendants in landlord-tenant, premises liability, personal injury, and products liability litigation.

Weldon Bradstreet received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2001, where he also received a CALI Award for Excellence. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001. Weldon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1996.
